I am a Product & AI leader with 12+ years across Amazon, startups, and founding roles. I have built and scaled 0→1 products across seller ecosystems, fintech, and conversational AI—and I now build agentic systems that combine voice, memory, actions, evaluation, and observability.
My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI product quality, conversational UX, and operating models. I enjoy turning ambiguous problems into measurable customer and business outcomes, while helping product managers and cross-functional teams do their best work.

- Launched Amazon's AI seller assistant in five languages; it handled 22% of queries in the covered seller experience.
- Led seller onboarding and FBA work that contributed $15M in GMS over two years.
- Built Woody, a real-time conversational fitness agent with approximately 800 ms response latency and more than 95% workout-logging success.
- Built and scaled products across Amazon, Kristal.ai, Aviyel, ClearTax, and founding roles.
Outside work, I trek mountains, play poker, enjoy design, and occasionally cook.
